COMMISSION PROCESS

So what happens when you want a commission? 

First of all you'll need to send us a enquiry form, on this we ask you some information - a brief idea of what you'd like and an estimate of your budget. This helps us get an idea of the type of piece you're after and we can ask you any following necessary questions.  

From this, and some emails back and fourth, we'll be able to design some options for you and create detailed drawings of a few options for you to decide upon. Once you're happy with a design we will ask you for a deposit of 50% of the final cost of your bespoke piece. We will give you an estimated time line but if there is a specific deadline you'd like your jewellery for we will do our best to make that time. The other half of the payment is made on collection, or prior to posting your item out to you.
